How To Leave A Gratuity at west with style or West Man

We hope you will always be delighted with the service you receive at our Westhill salon.  All our stylists and barbers are highly trained and we always aim to provide a welcoming and professional service.

We never expect any tips from our clients, but sometimes people ask us how they can leave a gratuity, especially now that people seldom carry cash.  That's why we've introduced EasyTip. 

EasyTip is a quick, contactless and convenient way for you to recognise and reward great service with a tip that goes direct to the staff member.

This is how it works:

1)  Simply point your smart phone camera at the QR code you will find on signs on the salon and on the bottom of your receipt.

2)  Choose the amount you would like to tip and leave a rating.

3)  The tip will be sent instantly to the recipient.
