Once they have phoned us to make a booking we will apply your £10 discount on your new visit to our hair salon. 

To be eligible for the recommend a friend offer, your friends and family must be new or not have visited our hairdressing salon for 12 months or more.

4. Once they have visited the salon we will record a £10 discount against your next visit to WEST hair salon.

Terms & Conditions

  • You must be an existing customer of WEST to recommend a friend.
  • Your friend must be NEW to WEST.
  • The minimum service price to qualify for the £10 discount is £42 / graduate level cut & finish service.
  • Your £10 discount does not apply to: hair colour correction appointments, children’s services, fringe trims, special occasion hair, finish and luxury finish services.
  • The voucher cannot be redeemed against hair products
  • The voucher applies to WEST hair services only
  • Your £10 discount only applies once your friend (the new client) has visited us for their appointment
  • Please forward the email/ text we send to you to your friend or friends. Remember they must not have visited WEST before or within the last 12 months.
  • You can recommend as many friends as you wish.
  • Cannot be used with other offers, promotions or discounts.
  • Entitlement is at the manager’s discretion – we retain the right to refuse discounts.
